A conference producer is a professional who handles the tasks of organizing conferences.
The job profile of a conference producer includes developing and research for course topics and to identify current market needs, engage top-notched speakers and executing the delivery of the course to the sales team.
Functions overview
Understanding conference scope and accordingly developing event agendas.
Identifying and recruiting potential speakers for conferences.Developing event promotional brochures and organizing campaigns to promote events. Researching and generating future conference topics ideas based on industry trends. Working with cross-functional teams to manage multiple tasks within deadlines. Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities.
Requirements
- -Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Posses knowledge on current market needs
