It is usually done through the many steps of the process.<br \/>\nIn essence, it answers the following 3 questions:<br \/>\n\u2022 Where the organization is at the moment?<br \/>\n\u2022 Where does it want to go?<br \/>\n\u2022 How it will get there?<br \/>\nStrategic management is not about predicting the future, but about preparing for it and knowing what exact steps the organization will have to take to implement its strategic plan and achieve a competitive advantage.
