By now you have definitely heard a lot about data analytics and big data. In this course, we will cover
how you can build and organize a data science team, and how to manage it to utilize data analysis
techniques for generating actionable insights in your organization. This workshop is the latest one in
my series of Data Science workshops, designed for data analytics professionals. After successfully conducting my earlier workshops in “Smart Data” and “Managing Data Analytics teams”,this workshop is planned to be conducted aiming to present the most essential data analytics and machine learning theories and techniques through the practical sessions in R, Python and other designated tools. To make it more effective, having some programming background in R or Python is essential for the participants. We aim to make this as convenient as possible for you without sacrificing any essential content.
