COURSE OVERVIEW:
“Innovation is more important than ever. It is not only about research and development or high technology or patents, but rather about turning a new idea into something profitable or something that creates a new value. Many companies recognize the need for more, and more frequent, innovation, yet they lack leaders with innovation experience. Further, few have training on innovation or are familiar with innovation tools and frameworks. This course will equip todays and future leaders with all the skills, processes and tools to grow their brand and business. It will provide participants with a range of quick and powerful idea generation and evaluation tools.
The course will help leaders to become more creative as well as building a more innovative culture. It will also provide participants with the latest thinking on disruption with the latest case studies. In addition there will be a number of sessions of making great ideas happen via the small wins and lean start up methodology. The content for this course has been tested with managers and leaders from some of the leading brands and businesses around Asia and Australia.
