COURSE OVERVIEW:

No one is immune from crisis. This workshop will provide participants with a thorough and detailed grasp of the essential responses in a crisis. As a delegate you will learn that crisis events create poor perceptions and irrational fears and the capacity to get your key messages across to stakeholders and audiences is as critical as your ability to maintain the status as preferred source of news in the long term. This high level workshop focuses delegate’s attention on the reality that they may be called upon to manage a crisis at any time, often without warning. A crisis can have severe prolonged consequences for your organization and its stakeholders. It can also create genuine opportunities.
