This course will provide the essential English communication skills for engineers to be more effective and more importantly, more confident in the workplace. Not only will participants be guided on the right choice of tone, words and structure, you will also be able to avoid common mistakes that non-native speakers typically make. These concepts will be applied across the most common functions in today’s business environment ie email writing, report writing, presentation, handling meetings and telephone skills. The focus will be on the language skills required in each of these functional areas.
