This 2 days interactive program will enable participants to have a better understanding and hands-on experience of managing difficult employees, and handling disciplinary and termination procedures in order to achieve better industrial harmony and greater productivity.
Upon completion of this program, participants will have a better understanding of the proper procedures for managing difficult employees in accordance with established industrial relations practices. Participants will also be able to avoid the potential legal or procedural landmines and loopholes so that it does not escalate into a costly legal/ industrial dispute.
